Project requests

When you submit a request, True Blue receives the contact details, message and optional planning brief you choose to send. Requests are stored in a private Cloudflare database for project review. This site does not sell these details or automatically send them to a supplier. Do not include payment information, private records or access credentials. To ask about a request, submit a new request with its reference and the correction or deletion you need.

Saved planning briefs

The planning notebook and original resource board store selections in your browser. They are separate collections. Saved items do not automatically sync to another device or another website address. You can remove notebook entries or clear this site’s browser storage. Download a copy before clearing storage if you want to keep it.

Product links

Manufacturer and official-reference links are informational. A link that can earn True Blue a commission is marked as an affiliate link beside the link, with the relevant disclosure. Affiliate availability does not establish suitability, stock, price or a supplier relationship for other products. Where enabled, our link counter records the publication, product and time of a click without storing your IP address, user-agent string or an affiliate tracking cookie in our database. The destination merchant’s own policies apply after you leave this site.

Hosting and protection

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process ordinary network information to deliver pages and prevent abuse. A short rate limit protects request forms. There are no advertising pixels in the new Home & Materials collection. Our application’s product-click records do not include personal contact details.

Planning content

Home illustrations are schematic studies, not construction documents. Buying worksheets perform arithmetic using your inputs and do not provide current prices, engineering specifications or a complete material takeoff. City and manufacturer links are references; confirm the current requirements with the responsible source.
